ARMACO’s focus is for Di-Calcium phosphate units (animal feed grade product). With recent interest in MonoCalcium Phosphate, ARMACO can assist in retrofitting existing DiCalcium Phosphate Plants to also manufacture MCP. ARMACO can provide technology to manufacture either powder or granular finished product.

Design Efficiency

ARMACO’s inherent strength in phosphoric acid plant design/execution is invaluable in the design of plants based on the above mentioned route. The specific advantages are in plant sizing/ utility consumption/materials of construction and effluent management.

 

Flexi MCP/DCP Plants

With the recent global interest in MCP, ARMACO’s strength in plant designing has made it possible to offer flexible plants capable of manufacturing both MCP and DCP. The plants can be offered for both powder and granulated form of product.

 

Fluoride Control

ARMACO focus in processing technologies is to contain Fluoride and Iron/Aluminium levels within standards to meet international product quality specifications. Based on the initial acid route chosen, ARMACO can incorporate the required processing steps to meet the stringent specification levels.
